Reporting

In our reporting system we show account-headings including: maintenance / servicing, fuel, tyres, car-wash, replacement vehicles, licence-disc and road-tax.
 
You have the advantage that Interleasing provides you with an overall view of costs per vehicle as well as for the entire fleet.

 

Financing

Flexibility in fleet management starts with the financing. With Interleasing you can lease the vehicles either on a full service or finance-only basis.
 
However, you can also finance the leasing vehicles yourself and hand over the running of your fleet to us under what is called a Management Only scheme. You can even sell your existing vehicle fleet to Interleasing and lease it back.
 
With each of the financing models, at the end of the contract we assume the risk of selling off your vehicles.

 

Fuel management

Using an Interleasing fuel-card you can fill up without paying cash.
 
You profit from your fuel purchases being registered directly on our EDP system and actual consumption being monitored against budget.

 

Maintenance

All maintenance jobs are paid for cash-free with our service-card.
 
You have the advantage that the cost-risk is born by Interleasing. Maintenance costs are proactively managed by our specialist staff.

 

Tyre service

On request, you can pay cash-free with our service-card for such services as fitting new components, jacking-up and storage.
 
You benefit from fair prices, an individual choice of vehicle supplier and free choice of the make of tyre. If you opt for our tyre-partners, you will enjoy favourable terms.

 

Transactional taxes

All the transactions can be carried out through Interleasing during the period of the contract.
 
You profit from being relieved of this additional administrative burden.

 

Insurances

Interleasing will calculate the optimum insurance package for you.
