Service and repair terms

• Repair and service work may only be carried out by authorized dealerships.
• For amounts exceeding CHF 500.–, the dealership obtains approval from us in advance.
• Refer to your service card to find out which service and repair work is included.
• This information also applies to repairs abroad.

Accident repairs and windscreens

• This work may only be carried out by authorized dealerships or garages that are members of the Swiss car body repair association VSCI.
• For amounts exceeding CHF 1,000.–, approval must be obtained from us in advance.
• This information also applies to repairs abroad.
